GTK-Wimp integrated into GTK+

GTK-Wimp has been integrated into GTK+. As part of the integration, it has been renamed to "MS-Windows Engine". If the need arises, it is still possible to release a GTK-Wimp version separately from GTK+. However, the goal is to play nice with the GTK+ release cycle. Details:

Superfluous scrollbars (scrollbars whose page length is greater than the maximum range) are now drawn disabled. Proper gripper drawing for handle boxes/toolbars. HandleBoxes and Toolbars are etched-in now.

Disabled icons in buttons by default, lowered GTK+ requirements (2.0.x will do fine), disable application theming when instructed by XP, and fixed toolbar problems exposed by Inkscape.

Dom Lachowicz improved XP theme switching for GTK+ 2.4 and tweaked the icon sizes to match Windows, John Ehresman fixed a memory leak. Yours truly (Raymond Penners) did nothing, except for packaging and releasing.

Improved theming of sliders, improved the color of menu bars, corrected toolbar button borders, fixed problems with several of Gimp's widgets (particularly its option menus), fixed colors for the expander's +/- part when selected/insensitive.

GTK-Wimp 0.5.2 released

Pressed toolbar steppers get drawn ETCHED_IN now. Menubars now have their shadow set to NONE, which is generally more consistent. Setup menu and toolbar icon sizes to Windows defaults. Non-standard color schemes, for example "Brick", are handled properly now. XP scrollbar grippers are no longer displayed when they do not fit on the scrollbar.

GTK-Wimp 0.5.1 released

XP scrollbars now have grippers and should be indistinguishable from native scrollbars. Furthermore, menu items and menu separators are themed, as well as status bar resize grips. New for developers is the fact that GTK-Wimp now compiles with MinGW.

This release marks the end of the unstable 0.4.x series. Several major bugs have been fixed, including memory leaks. The rendering speed has been greatly improved.
